A seamless integration between ACA and Shopify
A fully automated integration that syncs orders, credits, products, stock and business logic between ACA and Shopify in real time.
What we did
The challenge
Greenfield ran ACA as its fashion back office alongside a separate Shopify webshop. Too much was moved between them by hand: orders, stock and product data were out of sync, causing errors and delays.
The kick-off
In a first session we mapped every data flow together: which data goes where, how often, and which exceptions exist? We defined the logic for orders, credits, products, stock and the specific business rules, and agreed on a fixed price and a clear delivery date.
The approach
We built the integration in milestones with Claude Code, with a smart mapping layer that translates between ACA and Shopify. The application runs on Laravel Forge hosting and ships through GitHub with automated deployments, so every change goes live tested and without downtime.
The result
Orders, stock, credits and changes now flow in real time between both systems, exceptions included. No more double work and a reliable foundation that grows with the webshop.
